Part 16: Renovations - Renovations - Renovations

A major bathroom renovation would be not only to change the location of the bathroom by using other unneeded space in the existing house or by adding additional construction beyond the footprint of the existing residence. Renovations utilizing adjacent space from a room that is bordering the location is less expensive than a renovation that requires going beyond the existing footprint. One renovation example is to convert a closet or storage room that shares the same partition (wall) as the target bathroom. This renovation is very practical in that it's keeping the volume of construction down by using walls that can remain in place and moving only the walls necessary to get the desired size in mind.
